Mô tả công việc
• Get quotation, update master data, control master data on system
• Issue PO to suppliers, control delivery, control stock
• Make payment request to suppliers
• Deal with quality & quantity issue, issue debit note/ credit note to supplier
• Set up new supplier (if any)
• GRN/ adjust stock/ transfer stock (if any)
• Co-operate with WH to make sure cargo with enough information, inventory report matching with system, ...
• Co-operate with Log/ PC staff to make sure shipment arranged timely, ...
• Cooperate with other departments for smooth work
• Other tasks as manager & GD's direction

Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirement:
• Graduated from University (Faculty of Economics, Business, ... is preferable)
• Have knowledge and experiences of procurement for at least 2 years
• Proficient in Excel
• Experiences at foreign production company, with electronic components or PCBA are preferable
• Good command of English
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open-minded
• Experiences with MRP/ERP software are preferable
Salary & benefits:
• Monthly gross salary: VND15m-VND23m
• Probation: 02 months, participating in social insurance during probation
• Working hour: 8:00-17:00 Mon - Fri
• Annual leave: 14 days per year
• Annual health check at high class hospital
• Personal accident insurance
• Company trip every year
• Year-end party, Company dinner, Company birthday party, Gifts and/or cash allowance for all holidays, Congratulatory allowance, Snack & break time everyday
• Salary review once per year
• Bonus twice per year
Recruitment process

• 1st round interview: Purchasing manager, HR manager
• 2nd round interview: General Director
