Purchasing Staff

1.1 Job description:
• Make material request plan, issue and control orders of raw material
• Control material according to daily production plan for smooth production
• Co-ordinate with members/sections to solve problem related to materials
• Control price, make new price application, input master for new items into system
• Search suppliers, compare quotation, evaluate suppliers.
• Make Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Delivery, Payment for Consumables
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors
