Purchasing (Supervisor) (Speak Chinese)

Responsible for local procurement of food and beverage products in Vietnam, participate in the formulation and implementation of procurement strategies, and ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain.
In-depth understanding of local food and beverage distribution channels in Vietnam, establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers.
According to company needs, find high-quality suppliers, conduct market research and supplier evaluation, and ensure that the purchased food meets company standards and Vietnamese legal requirements.
Coordinate procurement plans and inventory management to ensure timely supply of materials, optimize inventory levels, and effectively reduce procurement costs.
Contract negotiation, price negotiation, and execution of purchase orders to ensure that the company obtains the best conditions in the procurement process.
Regularly report procurement progress and market trends to management and make optimization suggestions.
Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Traveling if required.
