Supervise daily purchasing activities and ensure all requests are processed accurately and on time
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality and pricing
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors while identifying new sourcing opportunities
Monitor market trends, pricing, and product availability
Ensure all purchases comply with hotel standards, company policies, and budget requirements
Coordinate with receiving and store teams to ensure proper delivery and inventory management
Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and procurement reports
Support cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality
Handle supplier performance evaluations and documentation control
Assist the
Purchasing Manager in departmental planning and operations
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry
Good negotiation and communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Familiar with procurement systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Good command of English is preferred
Knowledge of hotel operations and purchasing procedures is an advantage
