Job description
WHO YOU ARE
We are currently seeking a QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will utilize the TenPoint7 platform to develop advanced NLP/machine learning models, enabling the automation of labor-intensive tasks within business organizations that handle textual data. In addition to ensuring product quality assurance and testing across various environments, including Production, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality standards, performance testing, or user acceptance testing, depending on their expertise and project requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to work with TenPoint7's own internal "no-code" machine learning platform for mid-to-large businesses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with Project Manager/ CTO to understand their business processes, requirements, and test objectives.
Build Release Plan, Build Regression Test Plan
Manage the execution of the Regression Test Plan for each Release
Continue to Test new features and bugs being released by the team
Continue to create, review documentation related to the projects and provide suggestions for clarity and improvement
Plan to design test cases, prepare test data and execute tests
Analyze the impact of new feature or change requests, plan for regression test cases, and resolve all issues/bugs.
Write a test report and evaluate the system after testing
Work closely with the data scientist, data engineer, and the US-based analyst team on an as-needed basis, support end-to-end delivery of a given automation project
Provide your own feedback to continuously improve the TenPoint7 product.
