QA and Production Assistant (Speak Chinese)

Production Support: Collect, organize, and analyze production data and performance metrics for the Production VP.
Quality Assurance Support: Assist the QA Manager in maintaining QA data for product quality tracking and compliance.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for both production and QA teams.
Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a liaison between production, QA, and other internal teams to ensure seamless workflows.
Translation & Interpretation: Facilitate English-Chinese translations for meetings, documents, and communications.
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, follow up on tasks, and maintain organized records.
Compliance Monitoring: Oversee quality documentation to ensure product adherence to company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Experience in data management, production, or QA processes is a plus.
Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
