QA Engineer Automation Tester, Good English

As a QA Engineer at Unifiedpost Group, you will be a part of an agile development team and will be responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
You will be also a part of a professional and competent team with deep product knowledge and work in close relationships with the Development teams, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers, and DevOps IT department to build quality products.

We are looking for qualified Keycloak Tester/QA to work on our company "IAM" platform to ensure following objectives:

• Assure business continuity
• Improve performance and scalability
• Guaranty a higher level of quality
• Tackle current security and data privacy (GDPR) challenges.

Main tasks

• Designs, creates, and executes automated test cases
• Executes API testing for REST requests
• Reports test results
• Opens bugs, documenting all the steps required to reproduce them
• Follows the team's specific process
• Works closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps, and Project Managers to build and deploy qualitative web applications

• Relevant work experience in Software Testing
• Minimum 3 year experience as Tester/QA
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (if possible experience working with native speaking English or Western European colleagues) ;
• Experience in defining test strategies, test plans and test cases
• Experience with automating tests using Selenium
• Experience in functional and nonfunctional testing
• Experience with API testing
• Knowledge of test methodology and test specifications
• Ability to work with bug tracking and test case management tools (JIRA)
• Familiar with Jenkins, Splunk
• Knowledge of OIDC / OAUTH protocol
• Worked with tools like Jenkins / maven / ...
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work in a co-operative, pro-active and flexible way with colleagues
• Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver autonomously the job tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work with distributed teams, people from different cultures and countries, and constructively deal with differences of opinions and views

• Office hours: 9:00 AM 🡪 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM 🡪 06:00 PM, off on Saturday and Sunday. Annual holidays leave will be following Vietnam law and as company regulations.
