Mô tả công việc
• Xây dựng, triển khai và quản lý hệ thống
quản lý chất lượng và an toàn tại nhà máy Việt Nam.
• Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ QC nhằm đảm bảo quy trình kiểm soát chất lượng được thực hiện hiệu quả và nhất quán.
• Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ làm việc với khách hàng và các đơn vị kiểm hàng bên thứ ba.
• Kiểm soát rủi ro chất lượng sản phẩm, xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh và đưa ra giải pháp khắc phục kịp thời.
• Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho nhà máy và phối hợp thực hiện các công việc liên quan khác theo yêu cầu.
Job Description
• Build, implement, and manage the quality and safety management system at factories in Vietnam.
• Manage, train, and develop the QC team to ensure quality control processes are executed effectively and consistently.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with clients and third-party inspection agencies.
• Control product quality risks, handle arising issues, and provide timely corrective solutions.
• Provide technical support to factories and coordinate other related tasks as required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the garment/textile industry, including QA/QC management experience.
• Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and export quality standards; knowledge of sweater product is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills for work.
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
