02 | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer's requirements.
Guide the implementation & review the effectiveness of QMS. Organize & conduct internal audits.
Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of the process from new development, during production, and after shipment.
Lead & coordinate with the related organizations for the quality training subjects.
Manage & assign the staff to complete the department's duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment.
