Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Manager (Manufacturing, 2000 USD, ID12939)
Oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations within the factory, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
Maintain and continuously improve the factory's Quality Management System (QMS).
Coordinate and respond promptly to audit requirements and effectively manage customer complaints.
Lead cross-departmental quality meetings and drive initiatives focused on quality enhancement, process improvement, and OEE optimization.
Manage the QA/QC department's performance to ensure all KPIs and operational goals are achieved.
Requirement
Male, 40-45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
At least 5 years as a QA Manager in an FDI manufacturing company with 300+ employees
Fluent in English
