2. Education
 University Degree or higher in Food Technology, Quality Systems, Agriculture, or related fields.
 This position must speak, listen and write English in fluent is advantage
 Good working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, SRP, IFS, FDA, FSSC 22000, SMETA
 Good knowledge risk analysis & risk system management, 7QC tools, Kaizen
 Excellence in regression analysis, logic, statistics, data skill
 Basic knowledge of SAP software or ERP
3. Experience
 Experience in International Customers complaint
 Experience in working with Farmers
 Experience at least 5 years in the position of QA Manager
 Experience in the Agricultural, F&B, FMCG.
 Experience in managing compliance with food safety regulations in multiple countries
 Experience in the development, implementation, and auditing of international quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, SRP, KOSHER, HANAL, FDA, FSSC 22000, SMETA, C-TPAT)
 Experience in implementing and building systems & risk management.
 Experience in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives
 Work independently and under high pressure
