QA/QC Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing suites for our software products. You will work closely with developers, BA, and other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality product releases.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop automated test scripts and test frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Execute and maintain automated test suites.
• Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Conduct system diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to identify areas for continuous improvements and resolve complex software issues
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
• Extensive experience with various types of testing including unit, component, integration, system, performance, user acceptance, reliability, usability, and exploratory testing
• Excellent knowledge of QET/QA methodology & software development processes (Agile, Scrum)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience in managing test automation framework,
• Experience and knowledge of working with JIRA and Testlink
