We are looking for an expert to help establish and lead the standards of food quality and safety. Our company specializes in quality control and export of bakery and processed food products, and we are recruiting a
QA Manager who will lead the entire production/export operations while meeting global quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall quality assurance (QA) for food production.
Manage and maintain food safety certifications such as FSSC22000, HACCP, ISO22000.
Handle quality issues such as contamination or claims and establish recurrence prevention processes.
Establish and manage quality inspection standards for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Lead sanitation control for manufacturing processes and conduct hygiene training.
Handle quality documentation for export products (e.g., COA, specification sheets, labels).
Communicate with overseas buyers and certification bodies on technical and quality matters.
