Mô tả công việc
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervising QA/QC activities at site.
- Capable of following defect rectification lists & closing out requirements
- Knowledge of NCR's & closure requirements
- Knowledge & understanding of approving WIRs (Work inspection Reports) with Consultant being presence to gain approval
- Capable of producing defect rectification lists
- Having an eye for detailed finishing ID requirements
- Proficient is reading & understanding ID drawings & requirements
- Understanding of Quality Standards for high end residential projects
- Capable of controlling designated manpower/direct supervision of qualified manpower to complete all required work requirements detailed within the defect list
- Supervising QA/QC activities at site.

Qualification and Education
Degree in Construction, Civil engineer or equivalent education accredited institution.
Skills and experience
- At least 7-10 years of experience as supervisor at finishing construction or Interior finishing construction.
- Understanding Drafting and Construction (Fitout and Interior) Design, Details, Materials, Schedule.
- Communicate at English
- Experience with computers, Including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Able to work out with normal working hours & also out with normal working week days schedule as per project requirements (alternative Sunday working with Saturday Off in return)
- Willing to work as a team member under the supervision of the Senior QAQC Dept Engineer
- Promote at all times the image of IFO (ItalianFitOut)
