QA - QC TEAM LEADER

Control all quality team ( IQC,LQC,OQC,CS)
Manage all company quality assurance/quality control activities and meet all quality targets
Make and follow up weekly/monthly quality report ( internal/customer)
Make and monitoring FACA report.
Leading inprovement task.
Set up quality standards/quality handbook, specifications, appropriate quality control policies, procedures, instructions, and methods to apply in the company.
Set up quality requirements and distribute to QC for inspection purposes
Create the template for daily reports and collect daily data for daily summaries and reports to management
Organize and assign QC staff for each production area of the factory.
Organize the Quality meetings weekly & monthly with the production team.
Supervise and manage quality control staff
