Dream Job Alert! $800/month salary awaits! We're hiring a QA Supervisor (Garment, ID 18036) for a foreign-invested company:
Develop and execute QA tasks in alignment with the production schedule and customers' export timelines.
Conduct daily checks on major quality issues and critical defects in sewing lines to ensure timely and accurate responses.
Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve quality issues raised by customer complaints.
Create SOPs for each production operation and provide SOP training to all related departments.
Comply with customer SOPs and quality audit requirements. Prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to address findings promptly.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports to the management board.
Requirement
Male or Female, Under 40 years old
University degree (Bachelor's degree)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Supervisor in garment manufacturing factories, preferably with experience in shirt production
Good communication skills in English
