The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality assurance team and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS). The QA Supervisor will also mentor and guide QA staff, manage inspection processes, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage and control the Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct audits for compliance.
Develop quality procedures and standards.
Enhance the QMS and implement improvements.
Participate in audits, address findings, and maintain quality records.
Analyze quality data using QMS tools to track trends, non-conformances, and performance indicators.
Recommend improvements to production processes and product quality based on analysis.
Identify quality issue trends by analyzing customer complaints and returns data.
Develop corrective action plans to address customer concerns and reduce return rates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.
Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and manage corrective actions.
Provide leadership and training to QA staff.
Present quality data and reports to senior management.
Collaborate with teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good at English in both written and verbal skills
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Good communication skill
Education & Working Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in footwear production factory is an advantage.
- Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools (e.g., SPC, Six Sigma, FMEA, Pareto Analysis).
