QA Supervisor

- Manage and oversee QC/Packing team's daily operation
- Assign, supervise, and train team members
- Prepare, monitor, and handle quality reports
- Ensure SOPs are implemented during every step of the production process.
- Prepare for and coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and continuously improve quality control processes
- Handle customer complaints, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions
- Work cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across all company operations, ensuring waste is minimized.
- Prepare and report Monthly Quality performance
- Analyse and set up the standard/ tolerance for OS suppliers
- Draft and manage quality documentation and records
- Work with compliance management and follow up external audit and internal audit programs
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
