QA TEAM LEADER

- Setup quality target, monitor and regularly meeting with manage
- Manage quality system including production process and product
- Investigate the cause that KPIs is not targeted while providing action plan
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement improvement actions for identified issues (8D report, Q-bank)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, verify the effectiveness of improvement action and compliance status
- Manage 4M changes
- Participate in customer audit and external audit, responsible for the reception of quality-related content and abnormal rectification;
