QC Engineer - Automated Testing

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in automated testing to ensure the quality and reliability of modules developed for the Smart Sales application. You will focus on designing, scripting, and setting up automated testing tools to validate critical features, including customer management, services, tools, and proposal management for SME Block sales roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, critical thinking, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Automated Testing Setup and Execution
Design and script automated test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and security of Smart Sales modules:
Customer Management: Due/overdue features for SME sales roles.
Services & Tools: CIC, early repayment tools, and SoftPOS onboarding for SMB Block sales roles.
Proposal Management: Lending proposal features for SME sales roles.
Implement, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks.
Conduct regression, performance, and integration testing using automated tools.
Quality Assurance
Develop test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements and timelines.
Identify and document defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality modules by monitoring testing KPIs and reporting outcomes.
Collaboration and Documentation
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Document testing procedures, outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on the latest tools and trends in automated testing.
Optimize testing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
