QC Inspector

The role of this position is to:
• Ensure products quality in compliance with legal safety requirement and reliability requirement
• Conduct lot inspection in factories on the finished product or WIP to ensure the shipped and producing products to comply with required quality standard
• Work with factory for the corrective action plan and monitor the execution when necessary
Key responsibilities include:
• Understand Moose quality requirements on products with regular update of the product knowledge
• Perform lot inspection in factories per the respective shipping documents, inspection specification, quality documents, customers' requirements
• Understand the acceptable limit, aesthetic/ functional requirements of the inspected products
• Prepare electronic inspection report and send back the inspection result to relevant stakeholders
• Monitor the corrective action plan and quality improvement in factories
• Draw and seal shipment/reference/test samples as per required
• Attend PP meeting to understand the quality requirements of new items
• Support operation team in physical check of the excessive materials/scrap materials/WIP
• Report the production status of the visiting factories upon request
• Check in-line process control every week
• Take responsibility needle control in factory every month
