Inspection & Scheduling
Arrange and plan weekly inspection schedules to align with shipment dates.
Conduct inline and final inspections according to SOPs and regularly walk the production line in coordination with factories.
Create and distribute formal inspection reports according to inspection SOPs.
Quality Monitoring & Improvement
Monitor factory performance to ensure quality expectations are met.
Conduct inspection analysis to identify trending defects and collaborate with the direct manager and factories to develop corrective actions.
Elevate significant quality issues and anticipated delays to the direct manager.
Provide training and support to factories as needed to maintain appropriate quality standards.
Operational Coordination
Monitor production procedures and timing, alerting supervisors to potential delay issues.
Assist with the onboarding and training of new factories.
Ensure all subcontracting meets company policies and elevate observations to management.
Collaborate with U.S. cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges and establish professional relationships with suppliers.

Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background.
Experience & Knowledge
At least 5 years of quality experience, preferably in textiles or children's products, especially socks.
Experience working in a third-party company is preferred.
Thorough understanding of the manufacturing process for baby socks, accessories, shoes, and cut-and-sew products.
Knowledge of vendor/mill operations, product construction, and fabric/materials.
Understanding of production, supply chain, and
purchasing.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
