We are looking for a QC Leader who is responsible for managing the quality control process, leading a team of quality control professionals, developing quality control procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality IT deliverables. Your responsibilities as below:
- Prepare Test Plan/Approach and estimate Testing activity
- Create, verify and executive test cases & test scripts
- Create test report and track defects
- Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC Engineers
- Develop and maintain manual & automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to derive test scenarios and cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Continuously improve QA/QC processes and practices.

- Bachelor's degree in
Software Engineer, Computer Science or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience for QC Leader position
- Strong experience of Testing Web based and Mobile applications
- Experience with Automation and Performance Test
- Knowledge of Automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Jmeter
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues
- Experience creating and executing test plans and test cases for software products
- Good knowledge in testing process, quality models, standards
