Mô tả công việc
Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for software development.
Oversee the entire software testing life cycle to ensure compliance with company standards.
Lead and mentor the QC team, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate with the developer team to identify and resolve quality issues
Analyze quality data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Manage and monitor product quality, bug status

Yêu cầu
Good English skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
Have 1-3 years of experience in a leadership role (QC Team Lead or Test Team Lead) of a team (managing 5-8 members)
Plan, create test cases, conduct testing, report, and ensure product quality
Have knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
