Quality Management system:

Monitor and advise on how the quality management system is performing and publish data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators.
Advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable employees to achieve quality
Cooperate with related head department to connect together staff of different disciplines and drive the group to plan, and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
Ensures QA/QC team goals and objectives
Raise NCR and follow up and verify the corrective action

Regulatory:

Ensure Company compliance with national and international quality standards and legislation
Checking labeling compliant with law
Declare product (self declaration) in Health of Department
Documentation system: Establish and maintain control and documentation.
Supplier Management: Audit to approve new supplier, improve the supplier to meet company requirement.
Customer complaint: Co-work with relate department for customer complaint solving. Follow up the correction action and preventive action.

Food safety system:

Establish and ensure compliance with food safety systems according to HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, ISO 14001, Organic...
Internal and external audit.
Follow up action plan from internal, external audit, management review.
Customer document: Document for customer about quality and food safety follow request of customer
Raw material/ packaging control
Control Raw - sub material ensures good quality, meet specification
Solving and improve supplier when have problem
Finished product: Ensure product meet specification before releasing
Lab management: Ensure all test parameter follow standard and accurate

Process control:

1. BS/BA degree in engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience or quality control experience, and 2 years at management position, especialy strong understanding for QC microbiology and lab
3. Knowledge in HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO system.
5. Must have experience in managing and working with interdepartmental team members.
6. Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards.
7. Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
8. Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skill is a must.
9. Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
10. Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
11. Strong English skills for working communication.
