QC Manager

+ Developing policies and quality standards for each period
+ Building and innovate the process to meet the needs of business
+ Managing and supervise the work of employees controlling the quality of product
+ Making periodic reports as required of the management levels
+ Planning and organize the training for employees controlling the quality of product
+ Working with the relevant departments inside and outside the company, including the authorities to resolve the quality management issues arising within the management area
+ Measuring, evaluate the processes and products to demonstrate the response level follow the set demand, standards
+ Analyzing the data, implement the quality improvement programs in order to create better products, times of production is shortened and more efficient business
+ Monitoring, detect inappropriate products, defect products in the manufacturing process.
+ Set up checking plan for unfinished & finished garments in-line & end-line.
+ Provide guidelines to staff on in-line/end line quality assurance flow-chart.
+ Coordinate with Production Supervisors & Trainers to sort out quality related issues.
+ Manage & summarize data collection for quality report.
+ Implement/follow-up quality improvements initiatives.
+ Provide trainings to QC staff .
+ Manage QC team.
+ Report in time problems encountered by goods for BOD, Product Manager, Merchandisers and jointly seek a solution.
+ Perform other related duties as required under the direction of the BOD.
