QC/ QA Supervisor

As the company continues to grow rapidly in the US market, we are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to perform quality pre-shipment inspections of finished goods based on SOP and according to Product and packaging Standards for the Vietnamese facility and lead the QC team in Vietnam.

• Working hours: 8am-5 pm
• Probation: 2 months
• To travel between the suppliers on a regular basis
• Report to Headquarters & Representative Chief Rep.
Description:
• To develop, train, and supervise the QC team.
• Ensure the QC team understands product standards and production process and ensure the correct QC/QA system is followed up by the suppliers.
• To follow up (together with the QC team) on mass production and make sure each production process is in line with CFL standards/requirements.
• Make sure the incoming raw materials QC system is followed up by the supplier.
• To work with the QC team and suppliers on quality issues in the production line; establish a corrective action plan together with the supplier and follow up on improvements.
• To arrange pre-shipment inspections and to review pre-shipment inspections of the QC team.
• To guide QC team on finished, and semi-finished products and sample order inspections.
• To give the tasks of summarizing orders re-works (when pre-shipment inspection is not passed), and keep databases for all inspections.
• To make sure suppliers' QC equipment is timely calibrated and in line with CFL HQ requirements.
• To coordinate with CFL HQs (QC and QA Departments) and the supplier the production process and quality control improvements (if any)
• Prepare monthly/yearly QC/QA analysis and QC improvement plans.
• Review QC team performance quarterly/yearly.
• Coordinate with CFL HQ in terms of quality and standards during the launching of new products, collections, opening orders, or quality standards changes.
• Any other tasks/projects related to QC and QA of a specific supplier.
