Mô tả công việc

*** Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for quality control of mass products, including pre-shipment inspection and in-line inspection. Be
competent for the under-mentioned tasks and ready to undertake as assignments from the QC leader.
1. Carry out in-line inspection; address the potential quality issues during mass production; work with QA to minimize the risk; maintain and submit dupro inspection report; work with supplier to resolve quality issues during mass production to ensure smooth production and on-time product delivery.
2. Carry out pre-shipment inspection per "Inspection guideline "required; check the mass products against with the
sealed sample, product report and inspection checklist; identify the classification of defects and make judgement
of the inspection result; work with QA and supplier to fix the rework solution in case rework is needed.
3. Perform on-site testing; ensure products complied with quality standard.
4. Finish inspection report with all details that predefined in the report template; submit the inspection report and inspection pictures per required in the "inspection guideline".

Yêu cầu

*** Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree in Science/Engineering or related disciplines
*** Skills, Abilities and Knowledge Requirements
1. At least 2 years Quality Control and Assurance in buying offices or factories.
2. Familiar with quality standards of indoor/outdoor furniture.
3. Experience in inspection, manufacturing process, QC .
4. Be able to evaluate quality of products and propose modifications
5. Good command of written English
6. Good team player-able to show initiative and work independently as well as within a team environment
7. Able to work under pressure and result-oriented
8. Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
9. Good interpersonal & communication skills
10. 100% time travel within Vietnam is required
