Why This Position Exist?
Designing standard quality control methods and procedures and coordinating all quality control and monitoring activities from the production process to outgoing products, so that the consistency of the quality produced is in accordance with the standards set by the company
Duties & responsibilities:
Testing Tools Monitoring
• Ensure QC checking tools are available as needed, calibrated and in good condition
• Ensure that the existence, calibration status and condition of equipment are monitored by the designated PIC each shift
• Submit equipment requirements for QC checking according to field needs
• Ensure that stock taking of QC tools is carried out every month
Monitoring Implementation of Manufacturing Standards (5S, GMP and safety)
• Ensure the implementation of Halal, 5S, GMP, ISO 22000, safety and genba finding guarantee systems in the work area under his responsibility
• Become a GMP internal auditor and make recommendations and ensure these recommendations are implemented
• Carry out GMP patrols in the area of responsibility and intervene if there is a non-compliance with GMP
• Report incidents, damages and problems to superiors/leaders
Quality Plan & WI
• Develop and evaluate QC standards and testing methods in the form of quality plans and work instructions
Quality Assurance, Process, Product during Production Process
• Monitor all quality control from materials, processes to products in accordance with company standards and regulations in the work area for which he is responsible
• Coordinate troubleshooting related to quality problems in the priority line together with the Production / Maintenance section
• Monitoring and verifying the cleaning results of all machines used in the production process according to the area of responsibility
• Verify all checks carried out by QC foreman and inspectors in quality control efforts
• Determine follow-up actions/troubleshooting to deal with materials, processes or products that do not meet company standards with the knowledge or approval of superiors
Validate QC Report
• Check, validate, correct, and maintain all reports/records related to production quality control (processing, packaging, and FG) made by QC Foreman and Data Support for analysis and traceability needs
• Provide information in the form of valid data for the Manager's consideration in making decisions
• Sign the verification results report carried out by the Team
• Analyze PCTS, PRFT, QDI and complaint reports along with recommendations for improvements, monitor implementation of improvements to achieve achievements in line with company targets
• Check and follow up on quality reports along with quality problems/quarantine goods in the area under their responsibility
• Ensure sampling and monitoring retain samples as a basis for running traceability tests
• Follow up on improvements to internal and external audit findings and monitor the implementation of these improvements
Team Management
• Directs all inspectors and foremen who are their responsibility to carry out quality control in accordance with the quality plan
• Scheduling and mapping daily foreman positions according to the needs of the RPH in the area of responsibility
• Ensure that man power shift monitoring by the foreman is carried out
• Building a team to be able to show maximum performance by carrying out regular coaching and counseling activities and conducting team training and development
• Provide warning letters to direct and indirect subordinate employees
• Request overtime for direct and indirect subordinate employees
• Propose additional man power when the number of man power is less than the predetermined standard amount
Improvements
• Make continuous improvements (continuous improvement) in managing resources and work processes in order to create effectiveness, efficiency and productivity

• Maintain Company confidentiality, both verbal and written data
