QC

CFL Flooring is one of the world's leading manufacturers and exporters of flooring products exporting to over 70 countries with offices in China, HK, the US, the UK, Belgium & and Russia.
As the company continues to grow rapidly in the US market, we are looking for a quality control inspector to perform quality pre-shipment inspections of finished goods based on SOP and according to Product and packaging Standards for the Vietnamese facility.

• Full Time (Mon-Sat): 8 am-5 pm
Description:
• Supervise production process in terms of quality at a supplier's side.
• Follow up mass production and ensure each production process aligns with CFL standards/requirements.
• Understand product standards, production.
• Make sure procedures for maintaining high standards of production are followed up by a supplier.
• Detect any quality issue in the production line; establish a corrective action plan together with the supplier and follow up on improvements.
• To improve the QC system together with the supplier
• Coordinate with CFL headquarter in terms of quality during the launching of new products, collections, and opening orders.
• To supervise pre-shipment inspections
• Inspecting finished & and semi-finished products, samples, and orders using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
• Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.
• Proposing improvements & feedback about the production process & quality control.
