QC

• Full Time (Mon-Sat): 8 am-5 pm
• Supervise production process in terms of quality at a supplier's side.
• Follow up mass production and make sure each production process is in line with CFL standards/requirements.
• Understand product standards, production.
• Make sure procedures for maintaining high standards of production are followed up by a supplier.
• Detect any quality issue in the production line; establish a corrective action plan together with the supplier and follow up on improvements.
• To improve the QC system together with the supplier
• Coordinate with CFL headquarter in terms of quality during the launching of new products, collections, and opening orders.
• To supervise pre-shipment inspections
• Inspecting finished & semi-finished products, samples, and orders using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality.
• Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes, and inputting data into a quality database.
• Proposing improvements & feedback about the production process & quality control.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Product
- Based on pre-determined AQL select random samples, semi-finished, finished products or orders for inspection.
- Check if the product matches the PO (Purchase Order) or any other specification description.
- Perform product installation checks and determine quality.
• Packaging
- Check if boxes, pallets, cover boards, pallet wraps, and straps are within standards & match requirements.
- Check if the labeling on the boxes and pallets is correct.
- Provide inspection report (template provided) after each order inspection is finished.
• Other
- Provide feedback or comments that will help to improve the production, handling, and storing process of products of the supplier.
- Use laboratory equipment to perform product quality testing.
- Represent the company at the supplier.
