Monitor and analyze product quality during the manufacturing process
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Participate in handling customer complaints
Perform internal audits and support customer or third-party audits
Manage quality documents: SOPs, WIs, inspection standards, record forms, etc.
Collect, track, and report quality metrics (defect rate, FPY, DPPM, etc.)
Collaborate with production and engineering departments to improve processes
Train employees on quality awareness and guide inspection standards
Support supplier audits when necessary
Requirement
Male/Female, 25-45 years old
College or university graduate
At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position in an electronics components manufacturing company
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools: ISO 9001, 5S, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why, 8D, and the 7 QC tools
Proficient in Chinese; able to communicate in English for work purposes
