Position Summary
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality system and environment system.
Internal quality system and supervise external audit.
Coordinate the customer annual and certificate audits.
Lead to follow up the finding issue from internal and external party audits.
Ensure control all of new/revised documentations are updated
Drive Continuous improvement within the QA organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead of Internal audit program (manufacturing system & process control)
Organizing the customer requirement audits (annual & factory award/certificate)
Initiate and analyze internal audit results and direct audit priorities.
Participate in problem resolution teams regarding audit finding issues.
Collection & summary audit result and direct audit priorities.
Coordinate/follow up system-, process- and product audits.
Follow up the corrective / preventive actions to wholly audits for closure and effectually.
Prepare quality system audit results for management review.
Establish and maintain the quality systems documented procedures.
Supervise and provide the necessary basic knowledge of quality system standards.
Ensure proper maintenance of documents control for recording, updating, distribution, obsolete through destruction.
Coordinate with certification bodies for opportunity to improve in the system.
Document control center and registration services.
Work with Production Quality/Customer Quality Engineer for preparing the monthly quality analysis
Support SER & C-TPAT execution on checking the compliance such as Gemba Walk
Support on admin activities like arrange facility and connect SER/C-TPAT team in audits
Follow up SER / C-TPAT findings
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Person Specifications
BS above and majored in Industrial Engineering or Science.
At least 2 years in Quality and Environment Management System,
SER, C-TPAT, UL knowledge
Qualify ISO 9001 Internal auditor is preferred
Basic computer skill (advanced skill will be advantage)
Intermedia English, written and spoken, strong communication skills.
Good team player with positive approach.
