o Build and adjust documents, procedures, [protected info] compliance with ISO 9001 standards, customer requirements and give recommend for continuous improvements as applicable.
o Monitor, implement and maintain the activities related to Quality Management System in the company.
o Plan and participate re-certificate, surveillance audits following ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 standards.
o Plan and lead Internal audit related to ISO 9001and ISO 14001 and submit the reports.
o Issue Corrective action request, support/ do analyzing the root case and collect evidence of corrective actions for internal audit findings.
o Support to make action plan for any audit findings from customer audits.
o Be responsible for Safety Marks at FWVN, Factory inspections.
o Provide documents, records related to Integrated Management System used for customer's audit, visit.
o Develop training material and implement QMS orientation training for new comers.
o Provide the documents and records for Management review.
o Manage the Document system and supervise its uploading and updating.
o Make yearly training plan for Quality department and survey the external training organization to support Quality team to conduct the training course.
o Do other jobs distributed by Head of Quality Department
o University/ Business understanding is necessary
o 03 years working experience as same position
o Lead Auditor ISO 9001/ ISO 14001
o Familiar with ISO 9001/ ISO 14001
o English and computer skills
