We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and proactive Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hanoi, Vietnam. You'll do interesting and challenging work as part of cross-functional squads that work autonomously. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, agile, cloud and customer experience.

These will be your responsibilities:

• Review and analyse product story cards.
• Design, develop test strategies, test scenarios, test plans and test cases and define product/user scenarios.
• Write / review technical test cases / scripts to execute performance, integration, API and security testing.
• Implement and execute test scenarios (manually or automatically), log bugs and create test reports.
• Execute testing tasks according to a schedule to ensure the quality of the product is of a high standard.
• Collaborate with the team (especially with developers) to replicate, verify and retest bugs
• Coordinate and communicate testing timelines to the Scrum Master and Product Manager
• Participate in sprint planning and work closely with Scrum team to analyse requirements and provide necessary QA / test recommendations

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience in agile project or product development
• Self motivated - eager to learn and apply new methodologies, technologies and skills
• Complete understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Proficient written and spoken English

Your Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience in executing test Web applications, including user centric, mobile, integration and backend testing.
• Experience in automation testing is a plus (with tools such as Selenium, Jest, etc)
• Solid experience in creating acceptance criteria for story cards, test plans and designing & executing test cases.
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Good at presentation, report writing skills
• Have a high sense of responsibility
• Extensive experience within an Agile environment
• Pay close attention to the details of User Experience
• Be familiar with testing distributed backend services and APIs
• Be familiar with testing cross-platform/browser web applications

It's an advantage if you have:

• Experience in project management, including planning, managing scope and requirements.
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile execution and reporting tool is highly desirable.
