The Job
Requirement Analysis
- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to fully understand project requirements, functional specifications, and design documents.
- Provide early feedback on requirement feasibility and testability.
Documentation & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and update testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Ensure all QA artifacts are consistently organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze defect patterns and provide insights to enhance product quality.
Test Execution
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, stability, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using Jira.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure testing coverage aligns with project goals.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding testing status, risks, and quality metrics.
Your Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in software testing.
- ]Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Jira for bug and task management.
- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Practical experience with load testing and usability testing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of SQL, including writing efficient queries and performing joins across multiple tables.
- Strong command of English (reading, writing, and team communication).
- ISTQB certification is a plus.
