QUALITY ASSURANCE/TESTER Good English Speaking

Requirement Analysis

• Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to fully understand project requirements, functional specifications, and design documents.
• Provide early feedback on requirement feasibility and testability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and update testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Ensure all QA artifacts are consistently organized and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze defect patterns and provide insights to enhance product quality.

Test Execution

• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, stability, and reliability.
• Identify, document, and prioritize defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify bug fixes.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure testing coverage aligns with project goals.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding testing status, risks, and quality metrics.

• 5+ years of proven experience in software testing.
• ]Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Jira for bug and task management.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.
• Practical experience with load testing and usability testing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL, including writing efficient queries and performing joins across multiple tables.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, and team communication).
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
