Mô tả công việc

●Understand quality CADDi's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect
●Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and deliery requirements
●Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropraite inspection and kaizen process
●Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform
●Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents)
●Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement
●Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

Yêu cầu

Requirements (Strongly Preferred)
● Experience in manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, machining(milling and lathe), or welding
● At least 5 years of experience working at factories, manufacturing sites, or warehouses
● Set and follow KPI/KGI to maximize the output of an organization
● Analyze, review, and improve workflow to increase productivity
● Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2+) or English
Requirements (Recommended)
● Experience as a quality manager
● Experience in developing factory warehouses or supply chains from scratch
● Knowledge and understanding of drawing of manufacturing parts
● Any relevant experience in quality assurance/standards such as ISO 9000/9001
