Mô tả công việc

Daily production monitoring and line evaluations including, quality assurance and process compliance evaluations.
Checking production lines (from cutting to packaging), issue and correct immediately all problems are happening on the lines. Prioritizing and problem solving operational issues.
Weekly Quality Presentation Meeting with factory's production / Q.C / Q.A head and all related local production leaders.
Conduct the production trial and the 1st production to make sure that all potential issues are properly solved and the operation process and quality are of consistency.
Product Quality Assurance. Daily Production Line Evaluation, daily QA auditing and support.
People Development. Coach and mentor factory stakeholders on CSC's values and quaterly KPI goals. Supporting and coaching collaborative problem solving techniques to achieve best quality performance
KPI monitoring & monthly reporting support. Supporting factory source on monthly report accuracy & submission.

YOUHAVE
University Degree or Technical Degree
Deeply understand footwear production process. WP shoe contruction is advantage.
Minimum 5 years similar experience as above
Operational focus, fast decision making, calm under pressure, team building and working with a diverse group of backgrounds
Logical thinking, decision making skills
English literacy, madarin speaking is plus.
Computer literacy - MS Office, Outlook, Data analisys.
Ability to work in Tuyen Quang and Hai Duong province.
