Job Description
Our development team is looking for the Tester. Join us on a quest to build great web applications that people actually use and admire.
- Understand project requirements and identify test requirements;
- Analyze and estimate testing activities and create test case;
- Develop, maintain and execute manual test cases;
- Report and monitor defects in the defect tracking system;
- Flexible to discuss the new ideas with PO/BA/Designer;
- Communicate issues to the PM/SM in timely manner;
- Collaborate with TL and product team to provide feedback and guidance to set the test strategies;
- Support dev to reproduce the bugs, improve UX;
- Directly communicate issues and do demo to client;
- Handle multiple assignment concurrently;
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year experience as QA/QC (Software Tester);
- Very good at create test cases, test plan and test report;
- Good at bug logging and analysis;
- Actively acquire information from PO/BA to clear US;
- Respond to change quickly, including changing, adding, or improving test cases;
- Good documentation and transferring;
- Willing to learn new technologies and testing process;
- Good English in reading and writing;
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;
- Good communication, teamwork;
- Familiar with Agile - Scrum;
- Careful, highly organized and self-learning attitude;
- Able to handle multiple tasks in multiple projects at the same time.
