Mô tả công việc
I. Main Target
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality systems and processes.
II. Main Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a robust quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Establish quality objectives and key performance indicators to measure and track quality performance
- Lead the implementation of quality tools and methodologies. to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a culture of quality throughout the organization
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of the quality management system to identify opportunities for enhancement
- Provide guidance and support to staff on quality system requirements and best practices
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze product and service quality metrics
- Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Additional tasks requested by Manager

III. Required qualification.
1. Education background and working experience:
- Proven experience in building and implementing quality management systems
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive change initiatives
- Experience in leading quality system certifications, such as ISO 9001
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
