JOB SUMMARY
Lead end-to-end QA/QC operations, manage a sizable quality control team, interface directly with global clients, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• QC Operations: Oversee IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes; ensure testing accuracy and equipment calibration.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the QC department.
• Customer Complaints & CAPA: Serve as primary contact for client quality issues; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys).
• Systems & Audits: Maintain SOPs and ensure full readiness for internal and customer audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to secure quality from NPI through mass production.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive Lean/Kaizen, SPC implementation, and ERP tracking to reduce defects and optimize costs.
