Position Purpose: A Quality Engineer who will organize our Quality inspection according to demand and quality standards and mange a team of Quality Control Inspectors. The duties will include ensuring the quality flow of our production and inspecting the quality of goods and materials. With organized٫ well-versed in Quality procedures and ways to optimize them and have a results-driven approach together with great problem-solving skills. Advanced communication and computer skills are also required.
Principle Accountabilities/Essential Functions:
Familiar with the quality inspection standards and process
Ensuring the quality of incoming materials and finished products meet the inspection standards
Operate, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
Operate the quality-related aspects of the ERP system
Upload quality inspection related data
Report and record abnormal quality of raw materials and finished products
Collaborate and communicate across departments to resolve quality issues of raw materials and finished products
Assist in data collection, root cause analysis and corrective actions for customer complaints
Support laboratory related business content
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Diploma in Quality management or related field.
3+ years' experience of working on a Quality engineer or other similar position
Significant experience with quality control activities
Good math and statistics skills
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Work as a team.
Proficient in using MS applications and familiar with ERP
Have good data management and accuracy
Organized, detail oriented and good communication skills
Language Skills:
Language: Fluent Vietnamese & English. Chinese is optional (better to have)
Clear and concise written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills that produce desired results.
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from internal and external customers including
sales staff, internal colleagues and vendors.
Capable of reading and interpreting information with the ability to share with others as needed.
Ability to use personal computers and standard business and other work-related software with minimum instruction.
Ability to read and interpret reports, sales materials and other related materials.
