Quality Engineer

Purpose of position
(why this position needed)
To be the owner for internal quality assurance standards. Fully understand the customer's quality requirements and ensure that these are accurately communicated throughout the operation. Act as the quality assurance representative in Operations. Handle all quality issue from internal to external.
I. Responsible in executing daily activities in house and sustain production and as quality role in factory. Ensure products meet quality requirements.
1. Control all 4M process changing point
2. Coordinate with other departments to find out root cause of quality issue as well as giving suggestion of improvement action.
3. Be responsible for daily production quality management.
4. Organize the internal audit/ Line patrol and ensure closure to all the nonconforming items.
5. Use quality tools to solve product processing quality issues timely, ensure product and service quality meet and exceed customer requirements.
6. Make sure all major and critical characteristics are under control and make control chart as necessary.
7. Collect daily inspection data and analyze the data monthly. Then provide improvement elements for next monthly.
8. Make sure all related inspection is conducted and records are maintained.
9. Work-out and update Line QC & OQC inspection WI timely to insure all key items are under control and meet quality requirement.
10. Provide necessary training and guidance for all QCs.
11. Make sure all actions have to be implemented to ensure customer requirements are met.
