Quality Engineer

• Fully understand and collect customer standards, timely transform customer standards into internal standards (SIP), prepare and sign samples of new products + mass production limits; Maintain field inspection standards and inspection methods updated and issued in time
• Communicate the standard to the project team members in time, and discuss the implementation of the standard. If there is difficulty, discuss the way to communicate with the customer and our company's suggestions on the standard
• Accurately summarize the relevant information of each stage and batch (incoming materials and finished products need to be combined with physical materials for traceability and review), such as the achievement of standards, the reasons for failure, the next improvement plan, the treatment of materials, customer feedback, etc.;
• Supervised the project team to gradually complete the complete set of sample materials for inclusion in the public service
• If IQC finds bad materials, it should timely communicate with customers and communicate with them about material disposal methods
• Handle customer complaints, provide relevant supporting materials, follow up and deal with defective products, and write 8D/5C reports when necessary;
• Analyze the process quality data collected by the main process (cleaning, fixture/fixture control, PVD coating, etc.) with relevant quality tools (such as MINITAB, Platon, fishbone diagram, etc. QC seven techniques). Then push production and engineering to provide improvement action plans, and then determine the effectiveness of the improvement action through continuous data analysis.
• Supervision and tracking of on-site audit and improvement, and supervision and tracking of FA improvement
• Led and followed up customer DOE verification, internal and external data, PQ/CQ of new + volume products, REL testing and sample confirmation, and collated related reports
