Position Overview
To support the Supervisor in coordinating, and guiding Quality System Managers and the Administrator to achieve quality, productivity, and continuous improvement targets, while ensuring the Quality Management System is effectively implemented and compliant with ISO, IATF standards, and customer‐specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and internal procedures.
2. Ensure customer‐specific requirements (CSR) are identified, communicated, deployed, and complied with in daily operations.
3. Handle for customers requirement (self-assessment), PPAP and customer audit. Be responsible as backup local coordinator for ECN, PCN.
4. Participate in the development, review, control, and deployment of quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms).
5. Support and coordinate internal audits, customer audits, and third‐party certification audits.
6. Develop the digital platform to support operation department and others.
7. Monitor and support achievement of quality, productivity, output, and improvement targets.
Analyze quality performance indicators and escalate risks or gaps to the Supervisor and management where necessary.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to process quality, system effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Promote structured problem‐solving methodologies (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA, PDCA).
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve quality system processes.
9. Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental (RoHS, SVHC,...)
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualification
University
Experience
At least 2 years experiences in QC field
Skills & Competencies
1. Proficient in AI tools and digital platforms such as Power BI. (Must)
2. Experience and knowledge in a broad range of quality best practices and quality industry codes and standards. (7 Principles of Quality Management, 7 QC tools...),
3. Working knowledge on Tools like Statistical methods, Sampling, SPC, FMEA, and MSA
4. Good understanding about quality standards and implementation (ISO, ...)
5. On the job Training, Coaching skills, and Basic management & Kaizen
6. Preference will be given to those with advanced working knowledge of industrial systems and related operational controls, monitoring systems, and/or third (3rd) party audit experience.
7. Good knowledge in problem solving (5 Whys analysis...)
8. Honest, open minded, candid, high personal Integrity.
9. English communication
