Quality-Hse Supervisor (KCN Phú Mỹ 3-Brvt Cũ)

The SHEQ Supervisor is responsible of SHEQ execution to ensures not only that the products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer but also foster the safety mindset to become first priotity in daily operation.
A great SHEQ Supervisor is capable to lead SHEQ initiatives, monitoring adherence to legal and company requirements, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement to ensure people safety and healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary:
• Develop and implement EHS management system per local regulation requirements;
• Leading and coordinating EHS programs across all levels of the organization (both projects and day-to-day operations) to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible plant.
• Coordinate with Safety Committee in order to organize regularly meeting including prepare all related matters for discussion and find practical solution for further action.
• Overseeing and managing incident and hazard reporting:
- Investigation of incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions.
- Proposing and following up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Has the authority to interrupt an activity that represents an unacceptable risk;
• Take ownership of planning, coordinating and documenting all mandatory SHEQ-related trainings, drills and statutory reports.
• Perform additional relevant responsibilities as requested by Production Management and top management.
Secondary:
• Advise and take action on quality related issues to all areas;
• Review, revise and update QA documents and process flows, procedures, work instruction,...
• Host audits and provide a focus for all customers QA issues, touring and retrieval of information;
• Authority to conduct internal audits, write audit reports, observations in all areas requiring regulatory compliance and ensure corrective actions are followed-up;
• Logging complaints, coordinating with Production/Management, evaluating responses, and ensuring effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure the production operator record down the necessary data into the check sheet as per plan, & according to the Certification implementation.
• Perform random inspection / follow up on products quality in term of design tests & online product test during production running.
• Perform random inspection / follow up on product as Plans- QTPs with Instructions - QTIs
• Random quality inspections versus recorded data to verify consistency.
• To carry out / coordinate products testing (Drop Test & Inner Pressure) with technician as per planning.
• Develop new quality checks, in conjunction with Production Supervisor, to improve daily inspections and minimize causes of non-conformity.
• Leading external audits and certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, UN, etc.)
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare periodic SHEQ performance reports for management review.
• Maintain records of inspections, incidents, audits, and corrective actions.
