Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Manufacturing, 1100USD, ID22727)
Operational Leadership & Quality Governance:
Take full accountability for establishing, executing, and monitoring quality policies alongside operational target deployments across the manufacturing site.
Direct, distribute tasks, and mentor the QA/QC workforce to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.
Process Control & Continuous Improvement:
Architect, implement, and refine quality control frameworks aimed at preventing non-conformities during production stages.
Oversee multi-stage quality assurance operations spanning incoming raw materials, in-process manufacturing phases, to final product releases; ensure prompt corrective and preventive measures are enacted upon quality incidents.
Audit and ensure ongoing compliance with active operational standards across all functional departments.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and relevant divisions to drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
Supplier Management & Audit Readiness:
Direct supplier assessment activities, vendor quality evaluations, and resolution of product-related complaints.
Lead factory audit preparation, ensuring complete technical documentation and dossier readiness for client inspections.
Equipment Calibration & Problem Solving:
Oversee the maintenance and calibration schedules of all precision measuring instruments and fixtures/jigs to maintain optimal operational conditions.
Facilitate root cause analysis procedures and track implementation of corrective actions.
Requirement
Male, 37-46 years old
College degree or higher majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Manufacturing, Industrial/Domestic Electricity, or equivalent technical disciplines.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar managerial capacity within medium-scale manufacturing environments.
Solid grasp of reliability testing methodologies, APQP/PPAP frameworks, and the IATF 16949 quality system standard.
English proficiency: Able to handle professional email exchanges comfortably and possess basic verbal communication skills for direct customer interactions when necessary.
