Mô tả công việc
This position is responsible for Manage Quality system of Orana Vietnam including:
1. Quality Assurance
- Ensure Company compliance with national and international quality standards and legislation.
- Agree standards and establish clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation. (Assitant QA manager to support)
- Monitor and advise on how the quality management system is performing and publish data and reports regarding company performance against set indicators.
- Where appropriate, the Quality manager advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable employees to achieve quality.
- Cooperate with related head department to connect together staff of different disciplines and drive the group to plan, and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
- Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
- Update new regulation from the government. (Assistant QA manager to support)
- Find international criteria, method to apply if required by other department.
- Organize external, internal audit, management review. (Assistant QA manager to support)
- Follow up action plan from internal, external audit, management review.
2. Quality control
Determine and describe clearly the tasks to be fulfilled by each laboratory staff.
Maintain the lab room in good order and up to hygienic standard.
Set up all documentation required by active law for the registration of OVL products.
- Analysis all finished products according to specifications and issue COA for approved products
- Check the quality of raw materials that are delivered to the factory.
Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager and the Purchasing and Delivery Manager in handling quality-related issues of raw materials.
Implement preventive methods in quality control.
Initiate and maintain the documentation and implementation of ISO 9001:2008/HACCP in the QC team.
Make proposals concerning how to improve the quality of products.
Handle customer complaints about the quality of delivered products.
To file properly quality documents and quality-related correspondence as well as regulations.
Keep confidential all quality-related information and documents against outsiders.
Control the use of lab equipment.
Observe on the quality and procedure of factories that process Fruits for ORANA.
- Observe on the quality of raw fruits that are collected from the farmers.
3. Management
- Ensures QA team goals and objectives, i.e. Meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.
- Ensures QC team runs effectively and meet customers' requirements.
4. Report
- Monthly QA report quarterly Member Council report about quality system. (QA assistant manager to support)
- Member council report (QA assistant manager to support)
- Monthly QC report
- Quality issues report to the board of managers.

Yêu cầu
1. BS/BA degree in engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance experience or quality control experience, and 2 years at management position.
3. Knowledge in HACCP, ISO system.
4. Strong understanding of different software for quality assurance processes.
5. Must have experience in managing and working with interdepartmental team members.
6. Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards.
7. Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration of Quality Assurance metrics, such as defect profiles and performance to entry/exit criteria.
8. Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skill is a must.
9. Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
10. Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
11. Strong English skills for working communication.
