- Oversee end-to-end quality management for assigned strategic vendors.
- Develop a Quality Management System to ensure consistent application of quality standards across operations.
- Receive, manage, and resolve inquiries regarding product quality, as well as customer complaints related to product quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) for internal and customer quality issues.
- Establishing methods of supervision and handling of inappropriate products.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, control plans, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality documentation.
- Support new product development (NPD) with quality planning and validation activities.
- Advise General Manager on quality control, improvement, and product quality enhancement.
- Any additional requirements by General Manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance/control within a mechanical or manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
- Skilled in using quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Open mind, autonomous, self-motivated and communication skills.
- High level of attention to details, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Native Vietnamese, fluently speaking and writing in English, Mandarin is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and travel.
- Driver's license and own car are preferred
